READ THIS BEFORE YOU APPLY:

1) We will not adopt a dog to a home with unaltered pets (unless there is a vet recorded reason for the animal not to be spayed/neutered).

2) We do call vet references to verify that your current or past pets are up to date on vaccinations, received annual checkups and were prescribed heartworm prevention, if applicable.  Strong history of vet care is important to us, and for southern dogs, heartworm prevention is a necessity!

3) If you are a renter, we will call your leasing office or landlord to make sure there are no breed or size restrictions that conflict with the dog you are applying for.
